Dollar Store finds, some paint, pencil and glue make this oh soooo cute napkin/utensil holder! Here is what I did to create it!
Difficulty: Medium
Time: 2 days total, 4 hours active

Dollar Store supplies:
3 pieces of wood the same length (one had a rounded front top and 2 holes with a burlap string running through it, I removed the string. Another was just a plaque which I used for the base. The third was scalloped which I used for the back.
For the inserted holders I bought the dollar tree metal napkin holder and in the bath section a clear acrylic holder (perfect for utensils).

Glue: e6ooo and two pieces of chipboard cut to be just a bit shorter than the width and scored on one side so I could bend it to create the 'L' shape then glued it to the bottom and top.
After the glue dried I spared White spray paint on all of the sides, it took 2 coats of Rustoleum.
Lightly Sketch out your drawing in pencil before painting it with acrylic paints, pebeo outliners, and paint markers. If you do not have drawing skill you can transfer a cute drawing onto the wood using graphite paper. Once the paint dries you can seal it with clear spray paint or polymer. Here is a list of these paints if you need any!
I hope you get inspired by my DIY Dollar Store RV Napkin Utensil Holder for RV , I needed something cutethat went with the our black and white decor, yet I also like a punch of color, so I painted one side of each and can just turn it around whenever I want a change!

To fill the two holes on the one piece of wood I used a scrapbook snap but you can leave it and paint it a alternating color to hide it too.

So easy crafting!
